As Director of Vallit’s Denver, Colorado office, Brian G. Broxterman provides appraisal services for interests in closely held businesses for various purposes including estate and gift tax planning, owner disputes, marital property divisions, damage calculations and financial reporting valuations conforming to ASC 360, ASC 718, ASC 805, and ASC 820. Mr. Broxterman holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
