Robert N. Cantor



Robert N. Cantor, a Director at Vallit Advisors, LLC, has extensive accounting, finance and business operations experience.  The vast majority of his work centered around construction and real estate, however, for the past 13 years, Bobby has provided consulting services related to business valuations for estate and gift tax, divorce, stockholder actions, buy-sell agreements, and other purposes in a multitude of industries.  Litigation consulting services is another area of expertise and typically is in connection with marital dissolutions, commercial claims/contract disputes, wrongful death, wrongful termination and personal injury.  Additionally, his efforts are also focused on forensic accounting/fraud investigation services which are utilized in situations involving asset dissipation, employee embezzlements and other white-collar crimes while promoting fraud awareness and prevention by developing internal controls.  For all of the services afforded, Bobby also provides assistance during the discovery process, manages document retention and prepares/reviews expert reports.

Bobby has been the Treasurer of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since 2016, has written articles for The Daily Record and has taught classes at Towson University.
