Managing Director

Steve Manekin, CPA, is a Managing Director for Vallit Advisors, bringing over three decades of experience as a nationally recognized law firm consultant. He has worked with firms of all sizes, helping them optimize performance, improve profitability, and navigate complex business challenges. His expertise includes profitability analysis, law firm finance, governance, compensation systems, succession planning, and more.

Before joining Vallit Advisors, Steve was a partner at Ellin & Tucker, where he co-founded the firm’s consulting practice, specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services for law firms. As a Managing Director based in the Baltimore (Timonium) office, he will continue serving law firms across the Eastern U.S., complementing Vallit’s expertise in dispute resolution, business valuation, and forensic accounting.
