This presentation is the fourth of an eight-part series exploring the impact of COVID on various legal focuses.

This presentation will examine changes in estate planning from the context of business valuations.  The presentation will look at economic and legal changes and how they have affected business value as a result of COVID-19.  The attendees will understand why now might be the best time for estate planning and also get an overview of important concepts that are considered in business valuations.
