Seeking Dispute Advisory Associate/Senior Associate to join growing valuation/litigation advisory/forensic accounting firm based out of our Baltimore office. Experience in accounting, audit, investment management, financial analysis or related areas is preferred.

- a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Statistics
- familiarity with analyzing financial statements
- familiarity with business valuation
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically graphical aspects)
- familiarity with Microsoft Office
- familiarity with QuickBooks
- interest in pursuing a career in business valuation and forensic accounting
The role includes work in the dispute advisory service industry. Common types of assignments include business valuation, calculations of commercial damages, individual economic damages, intellectual property (IP) damages and various forensic accounting and transactional assignments.
The candidate must have strong spreadsheet, analytical and writing skills and the ability to articulate, in writing, the opinions and analysis of the assignment.
Qualifications include a degree from an accredited university or college in accounting, finance and/or economics and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a rapidly growing firm. 0 to 4+ years of work experience preferred. Previous qualified work experience may include auditing or tax preparation experience at a public CPA firm, financial analysis and investment management at a finance-based firm, and/or consulting experience relating to accounting/finance/economics/statistics. In addition, desire to obtain or progress towards credentials/designations such as CPA, ASA, ABV, CVA and/or CFA is preferred.
