Kiley serves as a Supervisor at Vallit Advisors, where she provides analysis for business valuation, forensic accounting and dispute advisory engagements. She assists in developing analyses and reports for commercial damage matters, shareholder and marital dissolution, estate and gift tax valuations and transaction assignments. Kiley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business, where she obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting.

A CPA with a background in public accounting and audit. Kiley has experience executing the full life cycle of engagements in accordance with AICPA and PCAOB standards for clients in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, higher education, research and not-for-profit, leading teams on GAAP financial statement audits. This experience included evaluating management’s valuation methodology and testing key assumptions in transactions such as asset acquisitions of intellectual property and goodwill and intangibles valuations, performing audit analytics to identify unusual journal entries, outliers and revenue cut-off issues, and advising clients on specialized guidance projects including ERP implementation and student-housing lease-leaseback.
