As a Director with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Larry is well versed and dedicated to providing services in all types of business valuations, commercial damages and forensic accounting matters.
As a Director at Vallit Advisors, Rob has over 15 years of experience in disputes, business valuation consulting, expert witness services, forensic accounting and fraud investigation services across numerous industries. Additionally, he is a faculty member for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts teaching the CVA Credentialling Course to both valuation professionals and the Internal Revenue Service.
Robert N. Cantor, a Director at Vallit Advisors, LLC, has extensive accounting, finance and business operations experience. The vast majority of his work centered around construction and real estate, however, for the past 13 years, Bobby has provided consulting services related to business valuations for estate and gift tax, divorce, stockholder actions, buy-sell agreements, and other purposes in a multitude of industries.
Harry G. Sturgis is a manager at Vallit Advisors, LLC. He has over nine years of valuation, forensic accounting and dispute consulting experience. He is experienced in performing analysis for marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, economic damages, fraud investigations, estate and gift tax matters and business transactions.
Samantha is a manager at Vallit Advisors and has over 8 years of experience in business valuations, disputes, forensic accounting, expert witness services, and other litigation support services. Outside of Vallit, Samantha is a board member for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Valuation Credentialing Board.
