As a managing member at Vallit Advisors, Kris has over 24 years of experience the last 20 of which have been solely focused on dispute consulting, forensic accounting and business valuation as well as expert witness testimony in complex litigation matters. He frequently presents to local and regional organizations.

Kris has been qualified and testified in court and/or deposition an expert witness in over 80 bench and jury trials as well as arbitrations involving shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, intellectual property, economic damages and white collar criminal defense, as well as a variety of other disputes. In addition, he has served as a court-appointed expert.

  • Valued a $250 million business for purposes of settlement negotiations with the US government in an eminent domain case
  • Allocated the active vs. passive appreciation of a pre-marital business interest which appreciated from $2 million to $32 million dollars during the course of a marriage
