This webinar will focus on the breach of contract issues that are occurring during the pandemic. From a legal standpoint, the webinar will explore impossibility, force majeure and court access/delays in light of the CARES Act all resulting from the pandemic. From a damages perspective, the webinar will address specific damage issues arising from the pandemic and breach of contract. The webinar will explain the methods to calculate damages and the things to consider during the pandemic.
