Update on Statement on Standards for Forensic Services

Statement on Standards for Forensic Services (SSFS1) is being finalized for publication following the exposure period which concluded at the end of February. The effective date has been moved to January 1, 2020 to allow sufficient time for final publication and adoption.

As noted within the body of the Statement, early adoption is permitted. The Statement is expected to be published by June 1, 2019. A special thank you to everyone who submitted comments on the exposure draft.
