Nicole Dell Completes Master of Science in Forensic Accounting Program

One of the members of Vallit Advisors’ staff, Nicole Dell, has recently completed her Master of Science in Forensic Accounting graduate program at Stevenson University. She finished the program in August 2019, and will participate in the official commencement ceremony in December. She will graduate with magna cum laude honors.

While completing the two-year program, she participated in online classes that focused on investigative accounting techniques and fraud prevention and detection. The program helped prepare Nicole for a wide range of topics that are often apparent in the forensic accounting world. Included in her studies were topics like fraud accounting, business valuation, investigation and analysis of tax and audit, investigative interview techniques, white-collar crime analyses, internal control structures, fraud risks and financial evidence. She has prepared herself for the Certified Fraud Examiner certification and has hopes to obtain it by the end of this year.
