Senior Analyst Nicole Dell Obtains Her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Credential
The Managing Members at Vallit Advisors are pleased to announce that our very own Nicole Dell, Senior Analyst, recently obtained her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.
The CFE credential is obtained after becoming a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Individuals must complete a self-study review program, as well as meet the requirements of experience and education. These requirements include at least two years of experience in the field and higher education.
Individuals must also pass the CFE exam, which is comprised of four sections. Those sections are titled:
- Financial Statement Fraud
- Investigation
- Law
- Fraud Prevention and Detection
Nicole took just under a year to complete the program and completion of all tests. With this certification, Nicole holds an additional level of specialized knowledge in the area of the anti-fraud profession and, more specifically, fraud detection. The CFE credential is nationally recognized and will prove highly beneficial to Nicole in her industry. The members of our firm are eager to see what Nicole’s newly obtained credential will bring—the skill and knowledge gained from this certification will greatly benefit Nicole in her career and in her service to her clients.
