Vallit Advisors Continues to Grow with the Addition of Bradford Muir as Supervisor
The Managing Members at Vallit Advisors, LLC are pleased to announce that Bradford Muir (Brad) has joined Vallit as a Supervisor, contributing to the rapid growth of the firm in recent months.
Bradford has experience in complex dispute and forensic matters including commercial damages, patent infringement and intellectual property disputes, reasonable royalty analysis, contract disputes, asset and transaction tracing, civil and criminal fraud investigations, and sources and uses of cash analysis. Additionally, Brad has performed valuations of privately held businesses in various industries in both the dispute and non-dispute settings.
As a Supervisor at Vallit, Brad is responsible for managing the associates and analysts, communicating with clients, conducting management interviews, preparing and reviewing financial models and written expert reports, and performing industry and economic research. Brad will also assist the Vallit partners with deposition and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Vallit, Brad was a senior associate at a regional CPA firm’s Forensic & Valuation Services group. Prior to that, he worked for a regional middle-market investment bank supporting mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on government contracting and business services. Brad graduated from The George Washington University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He began his career as a Registered Investment Advisor for a leading Annapolis-area capital management firm.
Brad is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council’s Emerging Planners Group. He is also a Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)–FINRA Registered Representative.
